QCI to Host its 12th National Quality Conclave

To drive sustained economic and social development, the role of quality is critical and to emphasize this fact Quality Council of India (QCI) is set to host its 12th National Quality Conclave on 21_ 22 September, 2017 at Hotel Le Meridian, New Delhi. The theme “Leveraging Quality to Drive Economic and Social Development” reflects the commitment of the Council towards creating a quality culture in the country.

 

The 2- day event will be graced by the presence of eminent personalities including Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Minister of Railways & Coal; Shri Suresh Prabhu, Hon’ble Minister of Commerce & Industries; Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship; Shri Jayant Sinha, Hon’ble Minister of State for Civil Aviation and many more.

An illustrious line-up of renowned speakers is set to come on a single platform to discuss a range of issues connected with shaping of the economic and social development that would drive an accelerated change in the nation. The event will cover topics that range from health for all, creating learning environment for employability, Role of standards in life to spiritual path to daily life management.

 

On this occasion Dr. Ravi P. Singh, Secretary General, QCI, said, “We are thrilled to announce the commencement of our 12th National Quality Conclave. Our conclave has evolved from its humble beginnings to what can be called as a successful discourse of path breaking ideas. In past, the gathering has provided valuable inputs to participants from all sectors and presented development of quality culture in the country, through presentations to encourage new ideas, for the way forward. We intend to continue this tradition and usher in fruitful changes to stimulate a better tomorrow.”

 

About National Quality Conclave

National Quality Conclave is the annual flagship event of Quality Council of India, along with National Board for Quality Promotion (NBQP). The first conclave was held in 2006. Each year the conclave adopts a theme to inspire questions that will increase understanding of quality practices in an innovative world and also set directions for additional practical applications for shaping a better future. The conclave acts as a platform for sharing new ideas and involves in active discussion about promoting and achieving support from all stakeholders to improve quality. In every conclave, a large number of delegates from all segments including industry, services, education, healthcare and small & medium enterprises (SMEs) receive learning from national and international experts.
