MRSS Secures Major Contract Win With HPCL

MUMBAI: MRSS India Ltd., a digital market research company has secured a significant contract win with HPCL, a Global Fortune 500 company. The project is about understanding 'Satisfaction of Customers - Individual, Commercial and Rural' with respect to their product and services. This is HPCL's annual customer satisfaction track study with 60,000 interviews across their 62 regional offices Pan India. This study would help HPCL to improve services offered at the retail outlets and strategize their future plan.
