OAG Cargo to Host Workshop Pgm at the TIACA Int Air Cargo Forum

PR Newswire | 14 Sep, 2012
OAG Cargo to Host Workshop Programme at the TIACA International Air Cargo Forum & Exposition 2012

LONDON: OAG Cargo, specialists in the supply of data and information products for the global aviation industry, will be hosting a 1 Day Workshop Programme at The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA)'s Air Cargo Forum & Exposition (ACF) 2012, which is being held in Atlanta, Georgia from 2nd to 4th October.

Reflecting TIACA's multi-sectoral membership, over 5,000 leading decision-makers and more than 200 exhibitors from the air cargo supply chain are expected to be at this premier industry event, including airlines, freight forwarders, logistics providers, sales agents and shippers.

To capitalise on the opportunity, OAG Cargo has booked a Conference Room for its Workshops which will take place over 4 sessions on Wednesday October 3rd. TIACA members will be able to network, share their experiences and learn more from the OAG Cargo team about how the company's range of products and services are streamlining the airfreight rate management process, enhancing communication between potential supply chain partners and improving the flow of information.

Away from, and yet still in close proximity to, the activity on the exhibition floor, the Workshops will offer an ideal complement to the otherwise hectic schedule that many of those visiting ACF 2012 will have. To make it easier for delegates to participate, OAG Cargo has set up a reservations system through TIACA's own Air Logistics Network.

Anthony Bayliss OAG Cargo's Product Director commented: "ACF 2012 will be a global forum and an extremely busy one. That's why we decided to host our day of Workshops, so that as many people as possible will have the chance to enjoy OAG Cargo's hospitality and network in relaxed surroundings. We know we'll learn a lot about the issues that affect them and we're confident that they'll appreciate the benefits of joining the OAG Cargo community."
