NEW BRUNSWICK (New Jersey): Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) will host a review of its Medical Devices & Diagnostics business for the investment community, beginning at 8:30 a.m. (Eastern Time) on June 3.

Alex Gorsky, Worldwide Chairman, Medical Devices & Diagnostics (MD&D) for Johnson & Johnson, will host the meeting at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Brunswick, N.J. He will be joined by senior leaders of MD&D's seven franchises: Cordis, DePuy, Diabetes Care, Ethicon, Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and Vision Care.

Investors and other interested parties may access the meeting by visiting the Johnson & Johnson website at www.investor.jnj.com for a simultaneous webcast of the presentation. A webcast and podcast replay will be available approximately two hours after the live webcast.
