RICHARDSON (Texas): Vertical Computer Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VCSY) (www.vcsy.com) has announce that it has acquired the SnAPPnet product line from Pelican Applications, LLC, a privately-held technology company.

SnAPPnet is a dynamic, Web-based application that makes it possible to pre-populate hundreds of frequently used forms and applications with just a few clicks of a mouse. SnAPPnet saves significant time and effort by creating a single, in-depth profile that covers all of a professional's data typically requested on license and board applications, as well as other related forms. To date, SnAPPnet has been primarily focused as a Web-based tool for physician credentialing.
