COPENHAGEN: IBM and Danske Bank, one of the largest banks in the Nordic region, today announced a seven-year, billion DKK contract extension of IBM's management of Danske Bank's global information technology (IT) infrastructure.

The new agreement, signed in June 2010, extends the original 10-year contract between the two companies, which began in 2004.
