The Minister of State Giriraj Singh assumed the charge of the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterpirses in the national capital on Tuesday.

Welcoming Giriraj Singh, the Union Minister for MSME Kalraj Mishra said that he firmly believed that the Ministry of MSME through its various schemes will motivate and empower the common person. And added that he was confident that the Ministry will greatly benefit from the experience of Giriraj Singh who had been a Minister in the Bihar Government in promoting the programmes of the Ministry.

The Minister further added, "We have to expand the micro, small & medium enterprises all over India in such a manner that it boosts the vision Make in India- Made in India of the Prime Minister. Where every skilled person can get a job making the country an industrial hub and also fulfilling the increasing expectation of the youth, giving them a new India where they can empower themselves through their skills."

Kalraj Mishra said that he along with Giriraj Singh and the officials of the Ministry will work together towards realizing this.

Speaking in the occasion Giriraj Singh said that Kalraj Mishra is his mentor and that he would work with his full potential in fulfilling the responsibility given to him.


Giriraj Singh was welcomed by the Secretary, Madhav Lal and other senior official of the Ministry.

Regarding creation employement

I should advise that an separate department/or office connected to MSME should be given job to sanction loan for purchase of machinery on the spot and Banks also sanction working capital on the spot.to create more employment. Consider the same immediately. Amar Makhija

I congratulated mr Mishrajee. In msme indusrtalisation what has been and what might have been they do not point to one end.so I request Mishrarajee, the honourable minister to see how the youths and other elderly persons are seeing their dream project set in oblivion as they have no properties to modgage for loanand allmost allBanks in Khurdha dist of Odisha denying to sanction the loan under Collatoral Free Scheme. Majority enterpreneures dreems are shattered. Kindly give strict instructions to Banks to implement the scheme or announce the closer of thr Scheme so that any enterpreneure having vision and determination never get frustrated hence forth. I hope my message will reach to the minister KALRAJ MISHRAJEE>
