Apart from being the voice of India, the members are also expected to be on various panels and talk on subjects important to India and the world.

The G20 Young Entrepreneurs' Alliance (YEA) is a global network of young entrepreneurs and the organisations that support them. The G20 YEA has been established to convene each year ahead of the G20 Summit to champion the importance of young entrepreneurs to the G20 member nations and to share examples and practices.

"It is the first time that Kolkata represents the Young Indian in a global forum," Himatsingka said

"Our main priority is our working within the country in sectors like environment, education, healthcare, hand in hand with the farmers, corporates, etc," she added.
