Assam CM meets PM over river water issue

Rajasthan launches projects to tackle malnutrition

With an estimated 40 percent of children under three years in Rajasthan suffering from chronic malnutrition, the state government, in partnership with GAIN - the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition, and other partners Friday launched projects aimed at increasing the nutritional value of a range of foods - from infant foods to vitamin and mineral-rich wheat flour, to iodized salt.

West Bengal to start golden highway project

In a bid to attract private sector investment in improvement and maintenance of state highways and major roads, the West Bengal cabinet Friday decided to implement a "golden highway project" by setting up an agency in public-private partnership model with an initial paid-up capital of Rs.50 crore.

TN to set up Infrastructure Development Board

ONGC to set up gas-based fertilizer plant in Tripura
