Signature Global Launches Karnal's Affordable Housing Project

Business Wire India | 03 Nov, 2017
Staying true to its tag of a front runner in NCR’s affordable housing segment and working tirelessly towards the mission of Har Parivar Ek Ghar, Signature Global has launched the first AFW enabled low rise premium floors in Karnal under Haryana Government’s Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna Affordable Plotted Housing Policy. For the first time, home buyers in Karnal realty will witness the construction of low rise floors under the affordable category which would be made with the help of Aluminium Form Work technology. Apart from quality construction, this technology will ensure that the project is ready to be delivered to its rightful occupants in 18 months from the date of commencement of the project. Signature Global had recently roped in Vidya Balan as their brand ambassador to reach out better to the masses and drive forward on the vision of Apna Ghar Apna Hi Hota Hai.

Citing the reasons to choose Karnal as a destination, Lalit Aggarwal, Co-founder & Joint Managing Director, Signature Global Group says, “Karnal is an automatic destination for developing affordable housing because of its selection in the smart cities list. If you wish to develop a smart city, it should have state of the art housing available for all sections of the society. Moreover, in the coming years, tier 2 cities will be the hottest destination for real estate development in the country because tier 1 cities are nearing completion. The project is located just 5 minutes from the GT Karnal road and has all the basic amenities in its vicinity which makes it an automatic choice for the buyers of this segment.”

The project by the name of Sunrise, The Premium Floors will be spread across a total area of 6.5 acres and will have 348 units of 1 and 2 BHK floors. The project has been designed by the renowned architect Hafeez Contractor and will boast of salient features like grand stepped sit out, colourful hedge plantation along with thematic plantation, classical sculptures garden, multi sports court and many more. Prices of 1 BHK units are estimated to be ₹15.60 Lakhs and that of 2 BHK units to be around ₹21.60 Lakhs. Buyers in the project would be able to avail a subsidy of ₹2.67 Lakhs on their home loans under the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) offered by Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY).

Speaking at the launch, Pradeep Aggarwal, Co-founder & Chairman, Signature Global said, “To successfully enter and remain in a market, it is most vital to understand the needs of the nation. With the status of infrastructure accorded to Affordable Housing, it is quite evident that the government has also understood its importance and the role it will play in fulfilling the Honourable Prime Minister’s dream of Housing for All. We have been equally committed towards this mission and with this launch, we can proudly acclaim that we have launched over 10,000 units of affordable housing in northern India which is a standout figure in itself. Infact, very soon we would be delivering NCR’s first affordable housing project by the name of Signature Global Solera in Sector – 107, Gurgaon.”
