Emaar India gets Clearance Nod to handover The Palm Drive

Emaar India, the iconic brand and leading global property developer, today announced the receipt of Occupancy Certificate (OC) for the second phase of its premium luxury project The Palm Drive located on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 66, Gurugram. This is the third project delivery in as many months by Emaar India, which is presently focused on rapid execution and seamless delivery of all its ongoing projects.

Emaar India has received Occupation Certificate for 378 units in Premier Terraces, Palm Studios and Palm Terraces, which are part of The Palm Drive project. Earlier, the Company had delivered more than 500 units of Sky Terraces, Premier Terraces and Garden Terraces, along with the luxurious Clubhouse having premium recreational facilities and 262 EWS units, in The Palm Drive project. Around 300 families have already moved in the project, which is spread across 37 acres and comprising of 1460 units, and are experiencing the state-of-the-art living on offer.

 

“This is another noteworthy milestone in our endeavour towards swift delivery & handover of all the ongoing projects, and we are pleased to share it with our customers. We are happy that our focused efforts to fast track all the projects are yielding results, as we aim towards delivery of 3,000 residential units by the end of 2017.”, Mr. Sanjay Malhotra, Chief Executive Officer, Emaar India said.

 

Emaar India has recently delivered Emerald Hills in Gurugram, and The Avenues and Grace at Esplanade in Chennai. While the realty market across the country is undergoing testing times, Emaar India has renewed its commitment to fast-track all ongoing projects by revamping its entire project management team. Additionally, more than 10,000 labourers are working at various sites of the developer presently, and the company aims to increase this workforce significantly at various projects.

 

Notably, The Palm Drive has garnered several accolades from the industry for its premium design and lifestyle quotient, and also holds the unique distinction of being the first residential project to be delivered on the Golf Course Extension road. It has also won the Realty Plus Excellence Award for ‘Luxury Project of the Year’, and the DNA Real Estate & Infrastructure Award for 'Residential Project of the Year'.
