Mobileum Integrates CEM Solutions with IBM Now Factory

BARCELONA, Spain: Mobileum today announced that it is addressing the growing opportunity to provide mobile operators with Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions that offer a multi-dimensional view of customers and improve the overall customer experience.  As part of this news, Mobileum will integrate its Roaming 360, Anti-Fraud Analytics, Experience Assurance, and App Testing Solutions with IBM Now Factory.

IBM's Now Factory solution delivers near real-time insights to mobile operators by analyzing massive quantities of network and business data in real-time, to help manage negative experiences and network outages, and at the same time help drive new revenue opportunities. Mobileum will bring its carrier-grade telecom solutions delivery experience across 617 networks in over 170 countries to the Now Factory solution.

Mobileum resources trained and certified at IBM's Center of Excellence for CEM and Analytics will help deploy, manage and support the solution with assistance from IBM's support structure established for Now Factory.
