Zansaar.com Launches Free Interior Design Services

PR Newswire | 31 Jan, 2014
BANGALORE: This week, Zansaar.com, one of India's leading online portals for housewares and home products, announced the launch of a brand new service. Stepping into the on-ground market, the Zansaar design team offers their expertise to help customers realise their vision for a beautiful home, through free interior design consultations.

When asked about the thought process behind this venture, Mahashweta Shah, Merchandising Category Head for home decor and design at Zansaar said, "Our idea is simple, we want to help our customers choose the right product to suit their space and taste."

Zansaar.com expanded its product range by including the sale of furniture in mid-2013. By showcasing these products on site via collections and catalogues, customers of the online platform were given a brief look at the concepts of Zansaar's design team. This led to a dramatic increase in enquiries about in-house design consults.

"They want to replicate the design concepts they see on site in their own spaces, but they need help coordinating the furniture they've bought with the right colour schemes, lighting and decor," said Ms. Shah.

She went on to explain, "Many people are apprehensive about approaching an interior designer; they're not sure what experts might charge for something as simple as getting a few basic ideas and quick solutions for improving a space. With this new venture from Zansaar, we're eliminating that cost. We interact directly with our customers to discover what they're looking for. With the benefit of our experience, their vision can be extended into reality."

It's a simple process to avail of Zansaar's free interior design consultation services. Crafted in easy to follow steps, all a customer has to do is send pictures of the space or layout of the room they wish to decorate. The design team will conceptualize three options with a variety of furniture, furnishings and decor combinations for the customer to choose from. Post this, a consultation with the team can be set up to help take the customers wishes forward.

With a microsite that provides further details of this project available at http://www.zansaar.com/free-interior-designing-consultation, Zansaar has made it convenient for interested customers to schedule an appointment or make an enquiry, either by calling 080 4917 0000 or mailing designservices@zansaar.com.
