Networkplay Inks Exclusive Agreement With Investopedia

PR Newswire | 04 Oct, 2013
NEW DELHI: Networkplay - India's fastest-growing digital advertising network and only full-play, multi-screen brand ad-network - today, announced it has signed an exclusive agreement with Investopedia to monetize its advertising inventory in India.

In the words of Viren Anand, Co-founder and Director, Publisher Alliance & Client Servicing, Networkplay: "Our objective is to offer worthwhile branding opportunities for all products and labels. Developing markets such as India are fast emerging as engines for future growth. In this scenario, Investopedia is a perfect fit for brands wishing to reach Indian and international investors."

Active for the past 12 years, Investopedia is a financial publication focused on education and knowledge empowerment. A trusted, unbiased financial resource, it provides timely content and educational information, tools and research for the economically engaged. Its website content ranges from information on stocks, active trading and mutual funds to interactive stock simulators, market charts and data and investment tutorials. Its website provides users with a platform for self-education through their various financial life stages, culminating in financial action. A typical website user would be an affluent investor who is also interested in online trading.

Apart from selling standard ROS and mailer inventory, Networkplay will work in tandem with brands on creating interactive, customised content solutions, which will be hosted directly across the website.

Added Viren Anand: "This arrangement will be immensely beneficial for advertisers, specifically the BFSI sector, which could run target-specific campaigns, secure in the knowledge that the eyeballs garnered are only those of an interested audience coming online. All advertisers also benefit from the fact that there is scope for more than just the regular display of ads."
