ARES Security debuts CommandBridge to Africa at MCSA 2013

PR Newswire | 25 Nov, 2013
BURLINGAME, California: ARES Security Corporation, will debut the newest addition to their growing solutions portfolio, CommandBridge™, at the Maritime & Coastal Security Africa conference in Cape Town, South Africa on November 25-26.  At booth 102A, ARES Security will demonstrate the innovative, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution designed to eliminate data clutter and provide users across an agency or region with exceptional situational awareness.

ARES Security has incorporated the CommandBridge platform into their existing suite of risk management solutions to provide sensor integration and real time command and control capabilities. CommandBridge uses web-based technology to ingest and display data from virtually any sensor feed – such as AIS, cameras, radar, sonar, access control and alarm systems- and operational data into one view.  In addition, CommandBridge leverages the power of social media to build a more detailed and relevant common operating picture and enables collaboration with on-the-scene users in real time.

"ARES Security's vision is to become the leading provider of advanced situational awareness and risk management solutions worldwide.  CommandBridge, which currently is deployed in the majority of the top ports in the United States, is crucial to ARES' vision of providing real time security optimization solutions," said Robert Scott, ARES Security's Vice President of Business Development. "Most importantly, we believe our portfolio of solutions benefits our African customers by providing end-to-end solutions that enable users to plan, prevent, detect, assess and respond to all types of incidents."
