Aditi Technologies Acquires 'Get Cloud Ready'

PR Newswire | 16 May, 2013
SEATTLE, LONDON, CHICAGO, NEW YORK and BANGALORE: Aditi Technologies announced the acquisition of 'Get Cloud Ready', a Cloud Operations consulting firm. This is Aditi's second major cloud consulting acquisition since Cumulux in 2011. The acquisition is aimed at bolstering Aditi's offerings for migrating and managing complex, cross-platform deployments on cloud.

Get Cloud Ready Consulting was founded by Janakiram MSV, a former Microsoft and Amazon employee and recognized Cloud expert with 15 years of experience. Janakiram and team have extensive consulting experience on enterprise cloud operations management across multiple cloud platforms - Microsoft Windows Azure, Amazon Web Services, Cloud Foundry and OpenStack. Get Cloud Ready, headquartered in Hyderabad, provides Get Cloud Ready™ framework which helps customers de-risk Cloud Adoption and Manage Cloud Operations across Platforms.

"We are excited to welcome 'Get Cloud Ready' team into Aditi," says Pradeep Rathinam, CEO at Aditi Technologies. "Janakiram and his team bring exceptional cloud infrastructure migration and management expertise. With Get Cloud Ready, we seek to provide our customers with granular visibility into rapidly migrating and managing applications across multiple cloud platforms with minimal effort."

The acquisition, he pointed out, would add AWS and cloud operations management capabilities to Aditi's rapidly growing cloud consulting business. "We believe that the future of cloud deployment is in hybrid cloud and by offering IaaS and PaaS based consulting services, we will closely align with our customer's cloud migration roadmap. The acquisition is also aimed addressing the increasingly complex tenets of optimizing and managing cloud based deployments. We are betting big on DevOps and Managed Services, along with application development targeting PaaS that transforms global businesses by simplifying and speeding the entire journey to Cloud."

"We are excited to join forces with Aditi's global cloud consulting team. Aditi's reputation for migrating complex workloads to Cloud is unparalleled among cloud vendors," says Janakiram MSV, Founder and CTO of Get Cloud Ready. "With the addition of Get Cloud Ready, Aditi now offers a complete portfolio of reengineering, migration, performance optimization and DevOps solutions specifically designed to help customers avoid vendor lock-in by letting them use the development and deployment platforms of their choice."

Get Cloud Ready employees will join Aditi post acquisition. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
