Avanta Set to Add Another Feather to Its Cap

NEW DELHI: Backed by a robust demand for business centres, Avanta India is poised to launch a new business centre at the Southern Park at Saket, South Delhi. "Our Connaught Place centre has been experiencing over 90% occupancy levels. The demand for facilities like meeting rooms and serviced offices has been increasing steadily. In fact, in a recent customer satisfaction survey, our clients had expressed the need for another business centre in South Delhi. Hence we zeroed-in on Saket," said Nakul Mathur, Director of Operations, Avanta India.

The new business centre at Saket (South Delhi) is a 10,000 sq. ft. facility that is expected to be operational in August 2012. Located in the central business district of South Delhi, the Southern Park centre is close to the central suburb.

The centre will offer comprehensive fully-furnished serviced offices that can be customized as per client's requirements - from a one person shared office to large requirements and from partitions and cubicles to personalized cabins. These executive offices will have hi-speed internet leased lines, dedicated workstations, desk phones, spacious and ergonomically-designed work areas, shared services like printing, scanning, photocopying, hospitality services, hi-tech security, reception areas etc.

Several noted office complexes, commercial establishments and business houses make this an ideal location for MNCs and corporates to schedule business conferences, meetings, interviews, training sessions, etc. From small meeting rooms for two to three people to medium-sized meeting rooms, the centre will also offer a wide range of meeting room options.

Fully furnished and completely customizable, these meeting rooms will have hi-tech IT support for audio and video conferencing, live streaming, Wi-Fi, projectors, whiteboards, etc. Even the layouts of these meeting rooms will be customizable to suit client requirements - boardroom type, classroom type etc.

Other services being offered at the Saket business centre are the virtual office services that will include call handling, call forwarding, mail-handling and the option of booking meeting rooms and conference rooms at discounted rates.

Clients can also benefit from its close proximity to Connaught Place, Nehru Place, Noida, and the main access road to Gurgaon. This business centre is surrounded by shopping malls, office complexes, and multiplexes, which will be an added advantage for clients hiring a service office at this centre.

Southern Park also has other business and hospitality services like banks, restaurants, hotels, golf courses, entertainment facilities cafes, and sporting facilities near by. We look forward to receiving an encouraging response to this new business centre in South Delhi.

Avanta's India operations have delivered excellent results over the past few years. In fact, the executive offices at Statesman House (Connaught Place, New Delhi) have been one of the most successful centres for Avanta. Its clients have given their thumbs up for the excellent infrastructure and impeccable customer service they have received at this location.

"In the customer satisfaction survey, Avanta scored high on customer satisfaction, hospitality and reception. 9 out of 10 clients were happy about their decision to associate with Avanta for their business requirements. An excellent location, a fully-furnished office and exceptional customer service has been the hallmark of this Avanta centre. Visit our website or watch client testimonial videos to know what our clients have to say about our office facilities and service levels we provide," said Mathur.
