Bunge Completes Acquisition of Amrit Banaspati's Edible Oils and Fats Business

MUMBAI, India and NOIDA, India: Bunge India Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bunge Limited (NYSE: BG) ("Bunge India") and Amrit Banaspati Company Limited ("Amrit Banaspati") today announced that Bunge has completed the previously announced acquisition of the edible oils and fats business of Amrit Banaspati.

Bunge India also completed the acquisition of rights to GAGAN, the vanaspati brand held by Amrit Corp. Limited.
