The initial public offer (IPO) of Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) Total Transport Systems Limited which opened on July 25, 2017, was oversubscribed by 129.90 times, reports India Infoline News Service on Friday. The IPO closed on Friday, it said.

The total issue size of the IPO was 37,80,000 shares. The IPO price was fixed at Rs 45 per share for a face value of Rs 10 per share.

The total bids received stood at 491022000 shares as at 1730 hours on Friday, as per the NSE data.

The minimum order quantity for one market lot was 3,000 equity shares. While the maximum subscription amount for the retail investor was Rs 2,00,000.

Another SME IPO of Keerti Knowledge and Skills was oversubscribed by 1.81 times. The IPO opened on July 24 and closed on July 28, 2017.

The total issue size of the IPO was 7,80,000 shares. The IPO price was fixed at Rs 52 per share of face value of Rs 10 per share.

The total bids received stood at 1412000shares as at 1730 hours on Friday, as per the NSE data.

According to IIFL, the minimum order quantity is one market lot of the IPO consists of 2,000 equity shares. While maximum subscription amount for the retail investor is Rs 2,00,000.
