Next generation entrepreneurs and start-ups came together to display 29 innovative products here Wednesday at 'Tech Circle Demo 2013', the Indian edition of the world's leading technology products platform.

"The idea of bringing Demo platform to India is to give an opportunity to Indian start-ups to showcase their products globally and draw attention from investors, corporate acquirers and end-users," VC Circle Network founder P.V. Sahad said on the occasion.

The two-day event will help the start-ups to access easy financing and gain customer traction and global attention.

"With Indian innovation moving to products from services, we are witnessing the emergence of quality enterprise and consumer technology products to dominate global markets. The demo is to identify success stories and give them a platform to move from concept stage to market," VC Circle business director Chandni Jafri observed.

Among companies participating in the Demo are Vivyo from online photography firm Canvera, to showcase, collaborate, market and sell their work online and on social media; mobile-centric application firm Moxtra with its product, which organises all documents, photos, videos and drawings in project binders.

The Moxtra binders are accessible from iPad, iPhone and any web browser.

Similarly, software tool Khemeia transforms unstructured information into structured, indexed, searchable and pertinent information.

"The tool enables customers to re-utilise the information on multiple supports (print, web, hand-held devices), store in easy to retrieve archives and make readily available to their users, cost effectively and rapidly," Sahad said.

Another innovative software product -- dMACQ is a browser-based application with latest technology for mergers and acquisition (M&A) eco-system.

"dMACQ maps the entire M&A deal life cycle and is tailored for different end-users such as strategic corporate acquirers and financial investors such as private equity or the advisory community," Jafri said.

Cofferce is a retail ecosystem platform application with customer engagement driven through smart phones and tablets, Point of Sale (PoS) management through tablets and a web application for retailer management.

Likewise, Bizgain is a digital marketing dashboard for executives at multi-channel advertisers who budget and deliver RoI (return on investment) through digital media campaigns.

The start-ups were selected to display cutting-edge products by experts and angel investors such as Komli Media India founder chairman Amar Goel, Seed Advisors founding partner Mahesh Murthy, FusionCharts co-founder Pallav Nadhani, Canaan Partners India managing director Rahul Khanna; Nexus Venture Partners co-founder Sandeep Singhal and India Games chief executive Vishal Gondal.

Leading venture capitalists, representatives of technology firms and others in the start-up ecosystem are participating in the event.
