Tata Housing Development Company Limited, a key player in India's real estate sector, Wednesday announced the launch of an integrated residential complex here.

Ariana, the city's "first integrated residential complex" in Shankarpur area, is a luxury residential gated-community with 12 towers, ranging from 14 to 19 stories, the company said in a statement.

The project would comprise of 1-3 BHK (Bedroom Hall Kitchen) units. It is being developed in association with the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA), the company said.

Strategically located about 10 km from the Biju Patnaik International Airport and two km from the Khandagiri Square, Ariana would have premium residences, community open spaces, jogging tracks, parks for children and a clubhouse.

The master plan has been designed by international architects Woods Bagot.

Spread across 12 acres of sprawling greenery and encircling large water bodies, the IGBC (Indian Green Building Council)-certified master plan of Ariana marries both nature and sophistication, the company said.
