Full service carrier Jet Airways Monday said it has launched two additional daily flights from Kochi and Chennai to Dammam in Saudi Arabia.

"Jet Airways has already established itself as a prestigious brand in the intensely competitive Indo-Gulf sector in a relatively short period of time," said Gaurang Shetty, senior vice-president, commercial, Jet Airways.

"We are confident that the additional services from Kochi and Chennai to Dammam will prove immensely popular with our guests."

The airline will deploy a Boeing 737-800 aircraft on these two new services

Currently, the airline is offering six non-stop flights to Saudi Arabia, with more one-stop options.

According to the company, with the addition of the new enhanced flights, it has now operating over 50 daily flights to multiple destinations in the Gulf.
