Today social media is playing an increasingly vital role in business marketing. Unfortunately, many small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are not getting nearly as much out of their social media marketing efforts as they should be. In short, many SMEs are failing to convert on social media because they are not using it to build brand advocacy, drive web traffic, and generate leads. Our survey on “Business promotion via social media for SMEs” is an effort to find out how much SMEs are relying on these tools and subsequently to come up with answers that can help them to get tangibly results from social media.
