How are you tackling the demands of "Customer Expectations"?

Vishnu Gullipalli: Yes, we have a factory/university model to produce good team members. Leadership personally spends 70% of the time with the customer to understand the needs and deliver to there expectations.

What according to you is the need for personalized customer experience in the  Retail evolution?

Vishnu Gullipalli: More and more customers either webrooming or showrooming, the intent to make the purchase and make them repeat purchases needed personalized experience e.g. Starts from pre-purchase notifications, Sale, Delivery and Returns all matters now.

What according to your is the future of retail personalization?

Vishnu Gullipalli: Knowing the customer - Delight them during events, Advice, taking care of post-purchase and make them advocates.

Which trends online commerce players will have to adapt or perish, according to you.

Vishnu Gullipalli: Last Mile Deliveries, Order Tracking, Click and Collect, Wallet, Return Management, Inventory Visibility and Customer 360.
