No traders’ body called for Bharat Bandh, it is business as usual in organised sector: CAIT

The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) on Thursday said markets across the country are open, trade is normal, and all business activities will proceed as usual, amid the ‘Bharat Bandh’ (nationwide strike) call by some trade unions and farmers’ organisations.

Ajit Pawar, five others die in plane crash in Baramati, confirms DGCA

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and NCP chief Ajit Pawar and five others died in a plane crash near Baramati on Wednesday. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has confirmed that all six passengers on board are dead.
