IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited (IL&FS Engineering Services) has received a letter of award (LoA) from Emaar MGF Land Limited for works worth Rs.244.46 crore.

The contract is for construction of 150 residential villas "Marbella" (G+2 storey building including basement), compound wall, and other miscellaneous works at Sector 65 and 66 in Gurgaon, adjoining New Delhi.

The project completion period is 30 months, said a statement by IL&FS Engineering Service here Thursday.

It is already executing two buildings and structures projects for Emaar MGF in Gurgaon worth around Rs. 475 crore.
