Chief Minister of Odisha Patnaik recently said that the state is making its youth industry-ready.

Odisha is a pioneer state in skill development. We are making our youth industry ready, he said while addressing FICCI members.

He added continuous industry feedback was necessary for healthy development of business and FICCI being a 90 year old organisation has the ability to do this.

Patnaik said that FICCI’s involvement in Make In Odisha Conclave 2018 has been a very important contribution.

I look forward to the continued support of FICCI in the state’s industrial development. Odisha has fixed six focus areas for industrial development in the state, He said and urged FICCI to participate in all these areas.

Patnaik asked FICCI members to plan long-term association with the state.

FICCI President Elect Sandip Somanyearlier welcomed Odisha Chief Minister and assured all support from FICCI in the development of the State.

FICCI members shared their views about working in Odisha with the Chief Minister.
