Budget passenger carrier IndiGo said on Tuesday that it has launched its new website which is designed to enhance customer experience.

According to the airline, the new redesigned website, operational since March 1, is aimed at improving user friendliness and appeal.

The new layout said the airline has been specifically designed to offer customers new and enhanced functions and features.

“We are confident that the revamped website will be appreciated by our customers as it introduces new features, while making it extremely user-friendly," said Aditya Ghosh, president, IndiGo.

"The timing of the launch of the new webpage coincides well with the take-off of the new additional flights launched in the domestic skies, earlier this month.”

The airline elaborated that some of the new features incorporated in the website includes fixed search widget; lowest fares between key cities on the homepage for easy reference; 7 days fare calendar on search result page for easy comparison and a monthly fare calendar to access the best fares.
