Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Monday unveiled its business process innovation and simulation and visualisation as a service (VaaS) in partnership with iRise, a leader in enterprise visualisation and simulation software.

"The partnership will help enterprises achieve business agility through integration of simulation and visualization capability into our software development processes," the software major said in a statement.

The new service will also enable customers relies business solutions faster by accelerating time to value.

"Our VaaS offers on iRise software will help customers to collaborate globally on application design, user scenarios and specifications that drive development of business needs," the statement said.

The company's global business solutions lab is also developing a business process innovation through a new visualisation centre of excellence (VCoE), providing one of the largest inter-operable platforms on a private cloud for driving faster adoption of niche technologies.

"The VCoE will create visualisations to deliver value for development of all inter-operable solutions, including proof of concepts and technologies," TCS alliances and technology unit head Raman Venkatraman said.

The partnership will enable customers to drive agility on business critical initiatives, including business analytics, big data, connected network and real-time intelligence.

"Speed of delivery has never been more critical and we anticipate TCS' new capability will help CXOs and their teams conquer this challenge," iRise chief executive Emmet B. Keeffe said.
