Two-wheeler major Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) on Tuesday introduced five new motorcycles - CBR 650F, CB Hornet, LIVO and new CBR 250R and 150R, across various segments in the Indian market.

"Today, we showcase not only one but a total of five new motorcycles. The five new models introduced epitomise Honda's motorsport DNA and its challenging spirit," said HMSI president and CEO Keita Muramatsu in a statement.

The five new motorcycle introductions are in line with the company's commitment of launching 15 news models in the Indian two-wheeler market in 2015, the statement said.

HMSI has highlighted the 650 cc CBR 650F, priced at Rs.7,30,00 (ex-showroom Delhi) as 'Make in India' premium sports tourer and also revealed the first look of a mystery motorcycle.

Of the five models, one is a mystery product whose teaser was showcased while CBR 250R and 150R are refreshed existing models.

The Japanese company is also aggressively promoting its products through various initiatives. It organised an engaging motorcycling extravaganza called Revfest featuring Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and Tapsee Pannu.

As many as 17 live performances were held in eight different cities.

Honda has also associated with Italian apparel brand Gas to introduce MotoGP themed motorcycling apparel and accessories, the statement added.
