In a step to promote economic and investment relations, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Libya have held bilateral talks.

The meeting was held between Saeed Obaid Al-Kaabi, ambassador of the UAE and Ahmed Salim Al-Koushly, Libya's minister for economy.

The meeting discussed economic, trade and investment agreements already signed by the two countries as well as those under consideration.
