Abu Dhabi will host 2012 Global Financial Markets Forum in February.

Commencing Feb 29, the event will witness a host of high profile speakers addressing the critical market factors in 2012.

"The economic influence of Abu Dhabi and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) continues to rise and this is why NBAD, the number one bank in the UAE, organises the Global Financial Markets Forum to facilitate discussion and debate to aid investors, and create greater awareness about our region," said Mahmoud Al Aradi, the senior general manager of NBAD's financial markets division.
