Gilani Monday said most of indicators suggest that the economy was performing well despite global recession.

Pakistan is well placed to convince the international investors to invest in Pakistan as it is the best destination to do business, he added.

He is scheduled to hold meetings with world leaders who will gather at the Alpine resort from Jan 25-29 to deliberate upon the global economic issues, reported Associated Press of Pakistan.
