Ever considered bidding for an invitation to a tender? At first sight, if you are a small business you may fear that your chance of winning a contract is very slim. Where to find information about the advertised contracts -- the question also strikes? But in reality the odds could be much better than you think. Every year, many small businesses cash in on this opportunity, and even if you might not win a select few highest value contracts, you can still play a part.
